The International Association of Semiotics (IASS-AIS) is pleased to invite you to participate as an active member submitting the candidacy for a Presentation Paper for the II World Meeting of Early Career Researchers in Semiotic Studies « PATHS, SCENARIOS AND METHODOLOGIES SEMIOTICS ROUTES ». It will take place on September 25, October 2, 9 and 16. Will facilitate dialogues through the Zoom platform with free access. It will be broadcast on Facebook Live and YouTube.

This event will be the result of the collective work of the International Association of Semiotics (IASS-AIS), the Semiotic Association of Colombia (ASC) and the Industrial University of Santander (UIS) in the framework of the celebration of the 30 years of the Master in Semiotics from the Industrial University of Santander. We hope to have young researchers from the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa to socialise and investigate methods and methodologies that allow building multiple and diverse relationships between the different fields of knowledge to create or strengthen the trajectories and academic developments of semiotic studies. Multidisciplinary in nature.

We have the participation and support of the IASS-AIS, Professor Paul Cobley, and guests of recognised scientific trajectory such as David Machin, Charles Forceville, Carey Jewitt, among others. Also present will be José María Paz Gago, vice president of the IASS-AIS for Europe, and president of the Latin American Federation of Semiotics (FELS).

It is a great honour to facilitate and promote an agenda of 2021-2023 in research, academic mobility, production, creation, innovation, participation of IASS-AIS members.
