{"id":614,"date":"2020-05-30T17:16:22","date_gmt":"2020-05-30T15:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/asso.unilim.fr\/fablab19\/?p=614"},"modified":"2020-05-30T17:20:15","modified_gmt":"2020-05-30T15:20:15","slug":"modelisation-et-realisation-dun-mecanisme-de-turbine-retractable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asso.unilim.fr\/fablab19\/2020\/05\/30\/modelisation-et-realisation-dun-mecanisme-de-turbine-retractable\/","title":{"rendered":"Mod\u00e9lisation et r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme de turbine r\u00e9tractable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mod\u00e9lisation et r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme de turbine r\u00e9tractable sur planeur radiocommand\u00e9 ASH 26E de 6m d\u2019envergure, poids 15kg.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilim.fr\/fablab19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2020\/05\/TURBINE_RETRACTABLE_ASH26.pdf\">TURBINE_RETRACTABLE_ASH2.PDF<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Contexte :<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une turbine r\u00e9tractable install\u00e9e sur un grand planeur radiocommand\u00e9 de 7m d\u2019envergure ,<br \/>\ndont les d\u00e9tails figurent dans mon article en date du 8 f\u00e9vrier 2019.<br \/>\nLe but de ce m\u00e9canisme est d\u2019int\u00e9grer le syst\u00e8me dans un fuselage sensiblement plus \u00e9troit en hauteur ,<br \/>\ntout en gardant la m\u00eame turbine de 120mm..<br \/>\nLe m\u00e9canisme d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 fait une hauteur hors tout de 270mm, la hauteur disponible sur l\u2019 ASH 26 est de<br \/>\n205mm.<\/p>\n<h3>Solution :<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab Compacter \u00bb l\u2019ensemble en modifiant la position du moteur pas \u00e0 pas : actuellement situ\u00e9 en bout du m\u00e9canisme, j\u2019ai num\u00e9ris\u00e9 sur Freecad une version avec moteur pas \u00e0 pas \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re, n\u00e9cessitant<br \/>\nl\u2019utilisation de poulies et courroie de transmission.<\/p>\n<h3>Le m\u00e9canisme finalis\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite la r\u00e9alisation de :<\/h3>\n<p>5 Pi\u00e8ces principales en impression 3D : Support haut, support moteur, chariot, pi\u00e8ce de fixation,<br \/>\nsupports capteurs.<br \/>\n4 Pi\u00e8ces principales en carbone de 3mm usin\u00e9s en CNC : 2 flancs lat\u00e9raux et 2 supports turbine.<br \/>\nR\u00e9alisation d\u2019un moule en impression 3D pour ceinture de fixation turbine moul\u00e9e par stratification<br \/>\ntissus carbone et r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy.<br \/>\nR\u00e9alisation d\u2019un capot impression 3 D pour carte \u00e9lectronique.<br \/>\nR\u00e9alisation de supports de prises en impression 3D.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9lectronique de commande est la m\u00eame que celle du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent m\u00e9canisme : elle sera probablement<br \/>\nrevue pour int\u00e9grer une carte de commande moteur ; de plus, les capteurs fin de course sont \u00e0 effet Hall<br \/>\nen lieu et place de capteurs optiques.<\/p>\n<p><em>G\u00e9rard Muzergues, membre du Fablab et Pr\u00e9sident Comit\u00e9 D\u00e9partemental A\u00e9romod\u00e9lisme&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mod\u00e9lisation et r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme de turbine r\u00e9tractable sur planeur radiocommand\u00e9 ASH 26E de 6m d\u2019envergure, poids 15kg.
